 Gerald J. Mullaney, Sr. has been an attorney in Pennsylvania for over thirty (30) years. His office is a general practice law firm handling a full range of clients' legal matters. His clients are individuals, including other professionals, business owners, community organizations and several large corporations. He is also President of Warranty Abstract, Inc., a title insurance provider. Attorney Mullaney has earned a reputation for aggressively pursuing and protecting clients' interests. As a member of many community organizations and as former president and now current legal counsel to the local Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club, several churches and local fire companies, Gerald J. Christopher P. Mullaney graduated Cum Laude from the Widener University School of Law. He is a graduate of the Hill School and Gettysburg College where he majored in Psychology. While attending Widener University School of Law, he was President of the Student Association of Trial Lawyers of America and was also a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society. Additionally, he was an Academic Support Fellow, tutoring first year students. Over the past 16 years, Attorney Christopher P. Mullaney has become very knowledgeable in the criminal justice system. He was previously an Assistant Montgomery County District Attorney were he served on the Major Crimes Unit and the Narcotics Unit for three (3) years. Prior to that, he was an Adult Probation/Parole Officer in Montgomery County for nine (9) years and served as an Assistant Supervisor, a Field Officer and a Self Defense Tactics Instructor. Additionally, Attorney Mullaney has served as a Pennsylvania State Constable from 1990 to 2005. Attorney Mullaney handles criminal and civil litigation matters in the five (5) County area.
